No fear to Low class

 After reading a book of “Never climbing society”, I could have many ideas about the social class. What classes is for me? What if I fell into the low class? And so on. For sure, I’m highly unsatisfied with the author’s idea that the low class is evil. For any society, I don’t think the portion of the lower class could be not that much, such as 90%.

 What is the middle class? And lower class? I want to define these things. In my perceptions, the middle class is those who is independent in economy and there’s no need to beg money from social supporting program. Of course, the low class is those who depend on the social supporting program. I don’t like the word, ‘중산층’ which means the people who have a quite much property.

 According to the book, the author warns that if you don’t have enough skills to prepare the globalization, you, of the middle class now, have no choice but to fall into the low class. In consequences, I don’t think so. As the globalization spreads, many people could have lost his status more or less, it’s not very big, which means that it cannot cause big trouble in existing society, such as Japan and Korea.

 If we only focus on thinking on economic sense, the lifetime would be ruin to live on behalf of human well-being and utility. However, it’s very important to learn a common sense of financing. For example, during one’s youth, it’s very important to invest his education and save some money, not to spend the luxurious things, so called quality goods.

 If we can educate ordinary people about that kind of common sense to protect his economics, there’s no risk to fall into the low class, who cannot live without the social supporting system. Except the inevitable reasons, such as business failure and illness, the young people having credit problem should be hardly trained through some other program. In my opinion, the minimum level of money for a daily life is like air, without which we cannot survive only one hour.

 Summing up

 I don’t agree with the idea of “Never Climbing Society”. If someone has no need to depend on other monetary support, there’s no fear to fall into the low class. It’s because they are not the low class but the already middle class given that situation. In addition to that, to protect one’s life, some learning of the personal financing and the basics of economy is highly recommended.
